Frequently Asked Questions

Order processing takes 5-8 business days. This does not include weekends. Please ensure you will receive your tracking confirmation and number in the allotted timeframe. Preorders will ship according to their specified scheduling, please check each listing for expected ship date. 

Tracking will not become available immediately! Please allow up to 3 business days after receiving your shipment confirmation email for USPS to receive the package and to scan it at the origin facility.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail, and will not offer replacements or refunds for items lost or damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged package, or if your item/s are lost in the mail, please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items lost or damaged after purchase. Ludlow Luna is not responsible for loss or damage at any time after purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. EXCHANGE EXCEPTION: Due to limited quantities of many of items, exchanges can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. you're sent the wrong item).

We do our very best to keep items in stock or replenish our supply quickly. If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock, we offer text and email notification sign-ups on the product page!
