This candle is named after the tradition of reading Ghost Stories on Christmas Eve. It's no coincidence that the most famous Christmas tale is a ghost story. As the nights grow longer, it sets up the perfect atmosphere for a centuries old tradition.
As another year is coming to a close, we tell tales and conjure spirits of the past, present and future. A reminder that we are all "haunted", but a rebirth is upon us in the new year.
This scent is meant to represent the smell of a leather-bound book you read spooky tales from while gathered around a crackling warm fire.
Scent Notes: Teakwood, Leather & Smoke
Fragrance oil infused with Essential Oils: Cedarwood, Patchouli, Vetiver, Elemi and Cade
Our candles are 10oz and made of coconut/soy wax blend, paired with wooden wicks for a "crackle" reminiscent of a warm fire on a winter night.
Hand-poured in Philadelphia in a frosted cranberry glass jar.
